Using the Health Professional Education in Patient Safety Survey (H-PEPSS) tool, this cross-sectional study examines self-reported patient safety competence among newly graduated nurses, pharmacists, and physicians in Canada. The authors conclude that more patient safety–related training is required in health professional education.
