HHS seeks input on Medical Office Survey on Patient Safety Culture Database information collection.

Surveys are acknowledged tools that enhance healthcare organizational knowledge of their safety culture. This notice calls for public comment on the intention of the Agency for Healthcare Research and Quality to launch the Medical Office Survey on Patient Safety Culture Database information collection process. The deadline for submitting comments on this notification is November 1, 2024.
