Placenta accreta spectrum (PAS) is a maternal complication that can result in life-threatening hemorrhage. This single center cohort study evaluated the impact of a pre- and post-delivery patient safety bundle for the management of PAS. Impacts on maternal and postoperative outcomes were not observed in this study, but the intervention did improve adherence to the patient safety bundle, which could lead to improvements in patient outcomes in a larger setting.
