Effective problem-solving skills are a key component to achieve a correct diagnosis. Reviewing challenges to improving physicians' diagnostic skills such as the lack of an effective feedback process, this commentary spotlights the use of a system to track diagnostic outcomes to collect feedback that informs individual skill improvement.
