Communication-and-resolution programs (CRPs) are a promising strategy to improve respectful and effective discussions with patients and families after harm has occurred due to medical error. This collaborative of organizations and individuals seeks to promote and support multidisciplinary efforts and implement communication-and-resolution programs in health care. They host webinars discussion various facets of CRP implementation and success. An upcoming session will focus on physician involvement in CRPs.
